  2. Buy shirts on vacation
  3. Keep up with the first graders
  4. Walk up stairs and not be out of breath
  5. To live a long happy life.
  6. Healthy skin. 
  7. Heathy teeth. 
  8. To know independence. 
  9. To have a healthy relationship with both food and exercise. 
  10. To have no more 'fat days'. 
  11. Shop at DI
  12. Work in my yard
  13. Look normal
  14. Not spend so much money on medications
  15. *Look forward to buying a new suit
  16. Fill my own glass of water and not send a student
  17. To be proud of the way I look. 
  18. To treat my body with the respect it deserves. 
  19. To eat to live, not live to eat. 
  20. Not fill fat guilt
  21. Ride in a hot air balloon
  22. Sit in any kind of lawn chair
  23. Sleep on a cot
  24. To be adventurous. 
  25. To travel without restrictions and make friends everywhere I go. 
  26. To enjoy all the goodness the world has to offer.  
  27. To be able to assist those in need whenever they need it 
  28. To be "what you eat". 
  29. To have maintained for so long that it's just second nature.

  68. To have the endurance to last through a Karate Class
  69. To ride a real bike, and not worry if the tires look flat.

  72. To get rid of my jiggly arm flaps 
  73. To learn to make/bake healthier versions of all the things we love 
  74. To not have my thigh fat rub together

  10. Fit in the chairs and be able to change clothes in the temple
  11. Get in and out of the backseat of a car
  12. Hike to Delicate Arch
  13. Go roller skating
  14. Buy an ugly Christmas aweater in a normal size
  15. To do some 5K walk/races
  16. Go to MKP weekends with ease
  17. Fly on a plane with comfort
  18. See what sex I am when I look down
  19. Not be afraid of the mall
  20. Change clothes in my car
  21. Wear a tux with a cummerbund
  22. Pick up litter off the ground
  23. Ride my bike to Parley’s Summit
  24. Have my belt keep my pants up and secure
