- *Look forward to buying a new suit
- Fill my own glass of water and not send a student
- To be proud of the way I look.
- To treat my body with the respect it deserves.
- To eat to live, not live to eat.
- Not fill fat guilt
- Ride in a hot air balloon
- Sit in any kind of lawn chair
- Sleep on a cot
- To be adventurous.
- To travel without restrictions and make friends everywhere I go.
- To enjoy all the goodness the world has to offer.
- To be able to assist those in need whenever they need it
- To be "what you eat".
- To have maintained for so long that it's just second nature.
- To become a different, less judgemental human being.
- To love without limits.
- To change the world, one healthy bite at a time.
- To wake up at 5 AM and look forward to going hard and going strong.
- To know that work out helps shape the good day ahead of you,
- To smile at your surroundings.
- Wear my high school sweater
- Get things off the bottom shelf
- Walk around the block
- Bring up my confidence level
- Help with my low self-esteem issues
- Set a healthy example for my kids
- To not even WANT that stupid cookie.
- To pass on dessert because you're satisfied and know that there will be other desserts.
- To have dessert because it's something you really want and you don't need to feel guilty about endulging once in a while.
- To constantly have a bounce in my step.
- To have nothing to hold me back.
- To look and feel younger.
- To drink water - not because you should, but because you enjoy it more than anything else.
- To be adventurous.
- To laugh more, in general.
- To be able to have a vacation planned and not buckle down on your diet and exercise regime.
- To not pass judgements based on the way someone looks.
- To feel a twinge of pride when you see a complete stranger going that extra mile for their health.
- To be able to be polite to everyone you meet, no matter what.
- To make new friends/exercise buddies.
- To turn your current friends into fitness fiends.
- Go on rides at Lagoon.
- To not constantly worry about how you look.
- To run/box/bike when you're stressed, not stuff your face and cry about it.
- To see 'small' (or medium, or large, or whatever size you want!) tags along your closet.
- To love flaunting your hard earned assets. .
- 're an amazing success no matter what age you are.
- To try and avoid cancers (run in the family)
- Get off my Depression Medication
- Fit comfortably in a plane seat
- Not feel like a beached whale at the water parks
- To be a Role Model for friends and family, that losing weight on your own is possible, and not with help of surgeries
- To have the endurance to last through a Karate Class
- To ride a real bike, and not worry if the tires look flat.
- To not be everyones funny fat friend
- To not have a double chin
- To get rid of my jiggly arm flaps
- To learn to make/bake healthier versions of all the things we love
- To not have my thigh fat rub together
- To not have 2 stomach folds
- To actually find my abs!!
- To gain muscle definition
- I want to like who is looking back at me in the mirror
- I want to be able to tell my story about this journey
- To get rid of my chubby cheeks
- I could do Zumba
- To be ok, when a pic is taken..

- Since we are on this number..gain more confidence in the bedroom, and try new things, and feel confident doing that
