  1. I want to get off from high blood pressure medicine.
  2. I want to get rid of the sleep apnea
  3. To know the strength my own body is capable of.
  4. To try and avoid cancers (run in the family) 
  5. Get off my Depression Medication 
  6. Avoid diabetes (runs in the family)
  7. To visit the doctor and know you'll pass with flying colors.
  8. To be able to pick up my marker, pencil, paper or anything else I drop.
  9. Buy clothes at a yard sale
  10. Fit in the chairs and be able to change clothes in the temple
  11. Get in and out of the backseat of a car
  12. Hike to Delicate Arch
  13. Go roller skating
  14. Buy an ugly Christmas aweater in a normal size
  15. To do some 5K walk/races
  16. Go to MKP weekends with ease
  17. Fly on a plane with comfort
  18. See what sex I am when I look down
  19. Not be afraid of the mall
  20. Change clothes in my car
  21. Wear a tux with a cummerbund
  22. Pick up litter off the ground
  23. Ride my bike to Parley’s Summit
  24. Have my belt keep my pants up and secure
  25. Be able walk around temple square at Christmas time
